Daniel J. Rylander and his down-to-earth staff are about customer service – where you are treated with respect, you are treated as an individual and listened to.

Our Customer service is about:
– Explaining, really explaining, what your overall situation looks like, and what the
documents/letters/correspondences mean.
– Returning clients’ phone calls or emails. (Sometimes it takes a couple of days, but we do
respond quickly to important deadlines!)
– Communicating with clients even after their cases have closed (been discharged).
– Guiding clients along the path.
